
BUILD A SURVEY
Once you send your "Request a
Survey" submission, PR Scope will work with you to
design your survey using either a) a pre-formatted, time-tested and
proven template; b) a new one from scratch, or c) a combination of
the two. Either way, we'll be sure to build the best solution
for you and your research needs.
Next, we'll talk about whom you'd like to survey.
If you have a list of folks already prepared--great. Otherwise,
we'll work with you at a flat fee to ensure you have the right
stakeholders lined up for your research.
GET RESPONSES
We'll immediately get the ball rolling by sending out
individual e-mails to all prospective respondents. Want a more
personal touch? We're happy to call contributors at an
additional rate. Either way, we'll try to follow up with each
participant three times to ensure they have the opportunity they need
to respond before we start tabulating the results.
INTERPRET DATA
First, we compile and aggregate the results. Each
question's responses are carefully evaluated, and we'll highlight your
key strengths, weaknesses, and potential Call to Action to move your
organization ahead. We'll share all the data with you so that
you get a complete picture and slice-and-dice the information in ways
that provide the most valuable insight.
GET YOUR REPORT
Within a few days of concluding the survey, we'll ship
your report off to you. Bound and in full color, you'll see
visually and textually exactly what all of the results mean.
We're more than happy to walk you through the report so that you can
reflect on the very same insights we attained from the research.
